PeoleWork conducts USA-based training sessions for groups of individuals living in developing democracies around the world. Working with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), PeopleWork has led international study tours for:Representative groups have included visitors from Bosnia and Macedonia. Subject areas have included Corporate Governance, Fund Raising, and Lobbying/Advocacy for Non-Government Organizations.

These training sessions usually last for 2 weeks and include components of international outreach, with the intention of building relationships and networks across continents.
