Bonnie Edelstein is the president and founding partner of PeopleWork in 1998. She is a seasoned Organization Development Consultant who has a bachelor's degree in education and a master's degree in organization development. Prior to founding Peoplework, Bonnie was an internal consultant for Fortune 500 companies in the energy field and in financial services.

Bonnie works primarily with small businesses, non-profit organizations and associations, and higher education. She has also organized and led international projects for Central European emerging democracies, including Bosnia, Kosovo and Macedonia, focusing on leadership development and skill building for non-government organizations.
Bonnie is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Whole Scale Change technology.
Community involvement is a commitment that Bonnie takes very seriously. She is the current president of The Consulting Alliance, the premier association for independent consultants in the Capital Region. Bonnie is also a member of the Nonprofit Business Council of the Albany-Colonie Chamber of Commerce and the Business Committee of the Albany-Tula Alliance. In addition, she is an active volunteer and a board member of her synagogue. Her past involvements have included United Way of Northeastern New York, and Literacy Volunteers.
